Cycle training and safety seminar
The Brew, in partnership with the London Borough of Hackney and the Zero Emissions Network, is hosting a series of free cycle training and safety sessions that aim to aims to train, educate and break down barriers to help you cycle more often.

Cycle safety seminar
Taking place virtually, this session will provide you with new knowledge on cycle safety so you can take full advantage of this healthy, low cost and environmentally friendly way to travel.

Improve your cycling skills in a relaxed group training environment. There is a maximum of six people per session: four participants and two instructors. Instructors are patient and encouraging, helping you feel more confident on your bike and ready for London roads. All abilities catered for, but please note, this session is not suitable for absolute beginners.
Dates available: 10/11/2020, 11/11/2020, 12/11/2020, 24/11/2020, 25/11/2020 and 26/11/2020
If you are taking this session, the virtual cycle safety seminar should be completed beforehand. If you’re not available on 28th or 29th October to complete the virtual cycle safety session, please let us know and we’ll arrange an alternative date.

Could your bike do with some TLC? Then come to a free Dr Bike session at our Eagle House location on City Road. Dr Bike will conduct free safety checks, and minor repairs and adjustments to ensure your bike is safe and roadworthy. In the 15 minute session, the mechanic will also be able to advise if any major maintenance work is required.
