Is it possible to trial your office space first?
It’s best to book a viewing of our coworking spaces to get a feel of what it’s like, and we can discuss your requirements. You can book a tour here.

You can also attend our free business seminars, which are hosted in our workspaces. To browse upcoming events and book your spot, visit our events page here.

When are your coworking spaces open?
Unlimited coworking is available for resident (office space and coworking) members, which gives you 24/7/365 access to our locations. If you’re working, we’re open.

If you’re a hotdesking member, you can use the hotdesk hub Monday to Friday from 9 am – 5.30 pm

Can I use the workspace as my registered business address?
Yes, no problem at all. London registered business addresses are included in all of our memberships except Concierge Call, Hotdesk Day, and Hotdesk Freedom. If you wish, you can add it on by simply getting in touch with our friendly team.
Is there a minimum membership period that we sign up for?
We know that flexibility is vital in business, and our membership plans reflect that. With the Hotdesk and Virtual Office options, there’s no commitment, and you can cancel at any time.

Coworking and private office memberships are flexible from two months to two years and more.

Office space minimum terms are dependent on the contract and are determined when we discuss your requirements.

What support do I get from the community team?
Our friendly community team takes pride in supporting our members throughout their membership. Following an initial consultation where we find out your needs and a membership level to suit you, we offer comprehensive tours of the spaces and an overview of the location to make sure you are comfortable with all of our excellent facilities.

Support doesn’t end once the contract is signed. Our community team is available from 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday to answer your queries, such as helping with guest visits, managing your post, introducing you to members who can help your business, and much more.

Unlike traditional office space in London, The Brew is plug and play, which means you can get started quickly and simply. Our flexible office spaces are designed with the ultimate flexibility in mind, with membership agreements allowing for stays starting at two months, or you can stay for as long as you like. All business rates and bills are included in the price. There are no hidden fees or ridiculous small print, just VAT is excluded from listed prices.
