What’s the minimum I need to book a flexi office space?
You can book as little as a day or as much as a few months, it’s entirely up to you.

Our flexi-space is suited to your needs, so whether you just want to meet your team once a week, a few times a month, or book a week-long stay with us, we have the space to suit your requirements, and with absolutely no long-term contracts or ongoing commitment required.

Do I have to sign up for a rolling monthly contract?
No, that’s the beauty of our Flexi membership, it’s built around you. It’s on-demand, it’s flexible, and it’s for as little or as long as you need it.

We won’t ask you to sign up for an ongoing contract or put down huge deposits. Just pay in advance of your booking, turn up, and use our creative flexi offices.

How do I book my flexi-space?
It’s simple, just call us on 020 7770 6283 with the dates, times, and capacity of flexi-office space you’d like to book. We’ll check the calendar for availability and will provide you with a no-obligation quote. If you’d like to go ahead, you can confirm your booking by paying online. We’ll then email everything you need to get started, including our arrival procedure and tips, so you can get the most out of your booking.

The Brew is a bright, airy and spacious office with a nice vibe. The location is great. It’s close to Old Street tube station, and for lunch Whitecross street market is 10mins walk away with lots of great options. There is also a choice of supermarkets close by and a Sainsbury’s next door. The other thing I like about the Brew is that there are no additional or hidden fees, there are regular social and learning events, and there’s fruit and elevenses one day a week. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful, and clients are made to feel very welcome and cared for. It really is a great place to work and I actually look forward to coming in!
