Booking a meeting room
We operate a fair use policy on meetings rooms, and ask that you don’t block them out for long periods e.g. full days, so that all members can have access.
The meeting room booking system is easy to use and is self-explanatory, but if you have any questions, please do email us.
There are three meeting rooms currently available to book. All the meeting rooms are labelled by their respective bird names:
- Merlin – This meeting room is for up to six people and is the nearest one to the stairs
- Osprey – This meeting room is for six people and is on the Westland Place side of the office. It is the furthest room from the kitchen.
- Red Kite – This meeting room is the largest and is for up to eight people. It is the room closest to the kitchen.
